Warehouse Manager/Coordinator

Are you an experienced warehouse manager/coordinator with technical insight, organisational skills and an interest in earth-moving machinery? Do you enjoy getting stuck in whilst keeping track of the big picture? Then we’re looking for you!

We are looking for an independent and responsible warehouse manager/coordinator for our organisation, who will take on coordinating tasks in addition to operational duties. In this role, you will be a key link within the warehouse and will ensure that parts, machinery and logistics processes run smoothly.

You will also work in a unique and pleasant environment: our company is located in beautiful green surroundings, in the middle of meadows. A fine workplace where space, technology and an informal atmosphere come together.

What are you going to do?

• Loading and unloading of machines, parts and goods;
• Receiving, checking and processing incoming deliveries;
• Management of parts inventory and warehouse layout;
• Gather and prepare orders for workshop or transport;
• Coordinate daily operations within the warehouse;
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and transporters;
• Identify shortages and order parts in a timely manner;
• Thinking along to improve logistics processes and warehouse management;
• Ensuring a neat, safe and organised working environment;
• Innamen machines.

What do we expect from you?

• Demonstrable experience in a warehouse role;
• Experience with or affinity for engineering, machinery or earthmoving equipment;
• You can work independently and manage colleagues where necessary;
• You keep an overview, work accurately and think solution-oriented;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages also in writing;
• Proficiency in German is a plus;
• In possession of a VCA certificate or willing to obtain one;
• Forklift certificate is a plus;
• Good communication skills;
• Flexible and practical attitude (No 9 to 5 mentality);
• Experience in parts management or technical warehouses is a plus.
