If (Junior) Planner at Tuytel, you play an important role within our company. You plan machines and raw materials, both incoming and outgoing. Together with your colleagues, you make sure that everything is available at the right time and place so that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

What are you going to do?

  • Planning and coordinating machinery and raw materials for various GWW projects;
  • Monitor availability and use of equipment and raw materials, and make adjustments if necessary;
  • Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams on planning and delivery;
  • Administration of incoming and outgoing flows and ensure accurate recording;
  • Support the preparation of logistics schedules and liaise with carriers;
  • Resolve ad hoc issues and schedule bottlenecks;
  • Contribute to optimising logistics processes and efficient use of resources.

What do we ask of you?

  • You have an MBO or HBO degree in logistics, architecture or similar;
  • You are organisationally strong and work accurately;
  • You have an affinity with the GWW sector and basic knowledge of the machinery and materials used in it;
  • You communicate easily and are customer-oriented;
  • You are stress-resistant, flexible and can quickly adapt to unexpected situations;
  • You have knowledge of planning software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
  • No nine-to-five mentality;
  • High degree of independence;
  • Driving licence B;
  • Have VCA or willing to obtain it.
