We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for Tuytel Group and Movanta Verhuur Lead Planner / Operations Coordinator with the ambition to continue growing towards Manager.

What are you going to do?

As Head Planner / Operations Coordinator, you will ensure that our staff, machinery and transport are deployed as effectively as possible. You will be the main point of contact for customers, drivers, machine operators and colleagues in the office.

You will also play a key role within Movanta Verhuur and take on increasing responsibility for day-to-day operations.

Your duties:

• Drawing up and monitoring the daily schedule for staff, machinery and transport;
• Managing drivers, machine operators and operational staff;
• Coordinating lettings and project work;
• Maintaining contact with customers and clients;
• Preparing and following up on quotations and rental enquiries;
• Ensuring quality, safety and efficiency;
• Processing and checking timesheets, administration and invoicing;
• Contributing ideas on how to improve and further grow the organisation.

What do we expect from you?

• Higher National Diploma (HBO) level of working and thinking;
• Experience in planning and organising;
• Management experience is an advantage;
• An interest in earthmoving, equipment hire, transport, infrastructure or recycling;
• Good communication skills;
• You are able to cope with pressure, make decisions and keep a clear overview;
• You take responsibility and focus on finding solutions.
