MC1200 Windshifter
About MC1200 Windshifter
Brand
Edge Innovate
Type
MC1200
The Edge MC1200 is an advanced wind shifter and thus uses air currents to separate light and heavy fractions. This technology is ideal for processing construction and demolition waste, industrial residues and other mixed materials.
Key features
Four-phase separation: Equipped with a four-stage separation process as standard, with the option to expand to five or six stages for even more precise separation.
Airflow technology: Uses controlled airflow as the separation medium, providing flexibility and precision in separating materials.
Customisable settings: Settings such as fan speed and transport speed are easy to adjust for optimal performance in various applications.
Robust construction: Equipped with a 1200 mm wide feed belt and an 800 mm wide discharge belt for heavy materials, with a discharge height of 1.9 metres.
Dust control: The fully enclosed design minimises dust formation and prevents material wastage.
Metal separation: Magnets separate ferrous metals from other materials such as wood, plastic and biomass.

More about RIVARD
Founded in 1952, RIVARD has been busy developing and producing tools to improve the safety of performers who deal with liquid waste and utilities on a daily basis since that year. The French brand has long been known as one of the best brands in suction technology. This French industrial company with more than 65 years of experience in designing and building machinery and equipment. French manufacturer Rivard builds two basic types of vacuum sweepers with capacities of 7m³ and 10.5m³. The container has its pivot points at 1700 mm height. The suction material can be easily unloaded thanks to the large roundings of the tipping container.
RIVARD produces ergonomic and high-performance machines, such as the suction truck. Everything is developed with close contact with RIVARD's customers. After all, they are the ones who will ultimately use the product, which makes their input very valuable.
If you are considering purchasing a vacuum sweeper, RIVARD's vacuum sweeper is definitely a good option. During the manufacturing process, RIVARD uses only the best components. Moreover, external audits are used to continuously ensure top quality.
An A-brand vacuum truck
Prevent damage to pipes, cabling, tree roots and much more with the help of a RIVARD vacuum sweeper. Vacuuming material at height and deep underground is no problem for this vacuum sweeper, as this machine is equipped with powerful turbines. The Rivard machines are fitted with 3 turbines as standard. This can optionally be expanded to 4 turbines.
RIVARD's vacuum trucks feature a flexible suction arm, making them deployable in hard-to-reach locations, such as: roofs, wells, crawl spaces and surfaces with pipes, tree roots and cabling.
Flexibility
RIVARD's suction excavators are a lot more flexible than the average excavator. One of the biggest advantages of a suction excavator as opposed to an excavator is that it can do work in hard-to-reach places, such as roofs and crawl spaces.
Safety
A suction truck can come in handy when material needs to be removed near pipes, cables or tree roots. The suction machine can easily suck away the soil type so that nothing gets damaged.
Productivity
The ground suckers have a maximum amount of material that can be sucked up. The smallest RIVARD vacuum sweeper has a 7m3 tank.
