Removing laughing gas from waste

Tuytel plays an important role in the efficient and safe processing of various waste streams at a leading waste processing company. A Fuchs transfer crane and a drum screen with magnetic belt were used for this project. This combination forms an essential part of the separation process.

The drum screen ensures reliable separation between coarse and fine material, allowing subsequent processes to be optimally controlled. Meanwhile, the magnetic belt removes metals from the waste stream, including nitrous oxide cylinders. This is extremely important, as these cylinders can explode if they enter the installation unnoticed, with all the risks that entails.
