On 29 July 1999 began Arnold Tuytel as a self-employed contractor. What started as a one-man business with nothing but ambition and perseverance quickly grew into a fully-fledged company. His first investment? An excavator – the beginning of a passion for earthmoving that has only grown since then.
The expansion of equipment was soon followed by the first staff, and in the years that followed, Tuytel become a versatile player in the sector. Today, the company is active in:
✅ Machine hire – with or without operator
✅ Machinery trade – sale of machinery for recycling and infrastructure
✅ Raw materials – production of KIWA-approved road shredding and collection and sale of raw materials, such as wood, soil and sand.
✅ Contracting – complete execution of earthmoving projects
What once began as a one-man business is now a solid company with a wide range of products and a strong position in the market. But one thing has never changed: the passion for the profession.

Tuytel Anniversary
During the open day, Mayor Theo Segers officially opened the new office building, an important step in Tuytel's continued growth. Visitors also had the opportunity to watch impressive demonstrations, including those of the biomass washing installation and the electrical equipment.
The day was all about innovation, growth, and gratitude towards employees, customers, and business relations who have contributed to Tuytel's success over the past 25 years.
